Biography:
New Zealand born hot shot Weller Hauraki came of age in 2007, making his NRL debut for the Parramatta Eels in round 11 against the Warriors.

A versatile and damaging ball runner, Weller has appeared in the back and second rows and often favors playing in the forwards. He produced a memorable end to his debut season for Parramatta by scoring a last-minute try in the final fifteen seconds of the Premier League Grand Final against North Sydney, securing the Eels their third straight Premier League title.

After several successful seasons with the Eels, Weller signed with the Celtic Crusaders in the UK Super League in 2010.

The former New Zealand Maori representative looks to build on his International caps with hopes of selection in the Kiwis side in the near future.
